RETURNS

PitchThis!^® devices can be returned within 21 days of receiving your order. Devices must be returned in new condition and in the original cases. Because our devices are used in dusty, dirty and potentially extreme conditions, we cannot accept used devices.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to PitchThis!^®. You will be credited the full amount of your purchase, less any charges incurred by PitchThis!^® accepting the return. We can only accept returns for devices purchased directly from the PitchThis!^® web site. All returns are subject to a processing and/or restocking fee at the discretion of PitchThis!^®

If you are returning your new PitchThis!^® devices within 21 days of purchase, please send the devices along with the information requested below:

2. Date of purchase
3. Your name
4. Your mailing address
5. Your email address
6. Reason for return

DAMAGED/BROKEN DEVICES

If you received damaged, broken or non-functioning device(s), you may be entitled to free replacements or a full refund. Please contact us at returns@pitchthisusa.com. Please provide the following information: Order Number, Date of Purchase, Full Name, Mailing Address, Email Address and a picture of the damaged devices as received. Once we review the request we will contact you with how to proceed.
